OJO: What happens to adjective when the noun (sustantivo) is plural?

  • Explicar los deberes
    • PARTE UNO: Please write the following reminders above each column: the Personas Column: this is the subject...the one doing the action, When addressing people: you are talking TO them...so second person. What are your only 4 options: (tu, usted, vosotros, ustedes) When Talking about them this is third person. What are your 4 3rd person options: (el, ella, ellos, ellas)
    • PARTE DOS: For each number there is a sentences written. Students will re-write the same sentence using a different subject...the new one provided. So students will have to change the form of ser used. Use page 20 in the textbook or your ser Mi Vida notes to help you
  • Revisar las preguntas esenciales y tomar apuntes de las posible respuestas para el dialogo The essential questions on located on page 6 of your paquete rosado...take your notes directly in the box...you will be cutting it out and glueing into the BACK of your Mi Vida under the Leccion Uno tab.
    • Review the essential questions for leccion 1: Please have students TAKE NOTES on the possible answers and copy the hints written on my essential questions.. When students perform the dialogue they will not be permitted to use notes or scripts. Ms. Ruddock will write only the bolded words on the board as a hint to remind students about what they must include. If students complete the first five bullets with no elaboration, and ask and answer the questions well, this earns the student a C. This is the minimum requirement. To earn a B or an A students must go above and beyond the requirements by elaborating and including one or more the the last bullets.
    • Review the pronunciation of the questions and Please go through the possible answers for:
      • Emoción: All students MUST start with Yo estoy.....I am feeling...
      • Nombre: Me llamo...... To go above and beyond and work for the B or the A students could also ask.... ?Qué es tu apellido? Mi apellido es....
      • Origen: Yo soy DE.....
      • Numero: For this question students can write any question asking how many of something are in the class and then the partner responds with an answer. To go above and beyond each person could ask a how many or how much question and both partners answer.
      • La fecha: Hoy es el numero de mes. (octubre)
    • Cut out the essential questions & glue them into your Mi Vida- BACK TABS- Leccion 1
    • Begin writing the dialogo with a partner
