  2. Ms. Ramirez will come to your desk and check off your paquete 14 on the roll sheet in the last column. Not COMPLETELY DONE no credit! ​I will check off the places flashcard on Friday
  3. Take out paquete pagina 17
  4. Next to las lenguas: (languages) at the top of the page copy each language
    1. el alemán: german
    2. el francés: french
    3. el ingles: English
    4. el español: Spanish
  5. Next to las clases opcionales, write down the following five electives
    1. la música: music (el coro is Choir if you want...la banda...band)
    2. el periodismo: journalism
    3. la contabilidad: accounting
    4. la computación: computer class
    5. la educación física: PE (physical education)
  6. As a class, do the middle section together....DONT WORRY ABOUT THE TYPE OF QUESTION, just write a logical question that could be asked to receive the written answer
  7. (3 minutos) ANNOUNCE los deberes 📚...finish page 17 and write the preposition song out twice!

ESTACIÓN CUATRO: 15 puntos....rest of class period...MUST BE DONE IN CLASS TODAY!!!! Students will learn about three Spanish Speaking artistas at this station. 
  • Frida Kahlo
  • Diego Rivera
  • Oswaldo Guayasamín
  1. Matching game: First match each of the questions with the corresponding answers about Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera and Oswaldo Guayasamin.
  2. Once you have finished matching them write down your answers. You will have one número # and one letra (letter).
  3. Next write down 5 cultural facts you learned about these artists today. (In English)
  4. Once you and your compañeros have matches the questions with the answers, select 2 questions EACH for each person to record your group members asking and answering on the iPad and email the voice memo to Profe sruddock@cheneysd.org (10 puntos) ​​
    1. OJO: I am not at all looking for perfection in this recording. Pay attention to the vowels and the question words and do your best! This is a practice to get used to being recorded. Each person practices saying their chosen questions and reading the answer, then record.
    2. Help eachother. Do at least one, no more than two, rough run-throughs before recording.

    • Only if time remains, practice the vocabulary for the places and the verb Estar in Quizlet for the quiz el lunes using the white boards.
    • To challenge yourself try describing the location of the place with a preposition in relation to another place

Terminan paquete pagina diecisiete y escribir la canción de las preposiciones dos veces. 
Finish packet page 17 and write the preposition song out twice! This is to help you with the spelling for the quiz Monday!
